Important: Promotional Images vs. Actual Product Files

The images displayed in this product listing are promotional and illustrative presentation samples. They demonstrate the collection's appearance, possible applications, packaging concepts and potential physical uses.

They should not be interpreted as separate downloadable products, additional card assets or a guarantee that physical accessories are included.

The actual GMS KTC card artwork is supplied within the downloadable product files. Please review the supplied files and product contents before purchasing. Physical cards, printing services, sleeves, binders, cases, frames and other accessories are not included unless expressly stated.

Quality Assurance, Rectification and Refunds

We aim to provide a complete, usable digital collection. If you identify a genuine error or defect in an individual card, please contact Grown Man Systems at info@grownmansystems.com, identifying the affected card number and describing the issue. Screenshots or other relevant evidence will help us investigate.

Where a card requires rectification, GMS may correct and supply a replacement for the affected card or cards, as appropriate. We will assess the reported issue and determine a suitable remedy.

A reported issue with one or more cards does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a full-pack refund. Our preferred remedy for a rectifiable card-specific issue is to correct or replace the affected card assets where appropriate.

As this is a digital product, refunds are subject to the GMS Refund Policy and applicable law. Please review the Refund Policy linked in the website footer for the complete terms. Nothing in this description excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Licensing and Commercial Use

Your purchase is subject to the licensing terms supplied with the product. Purchasing the digital pack does not automatically grant unrestricted rights to reproduce, manufacture, redistribute or resell GMS artwork or cards commercially. Contact GMS for commercial manufacturing, resale or institutional licensing enquiries.
