The 2019 WiseGoals Goal Setting Actionbook
This ebook has two aims:
1. To bring your dreams, hopes, and exciting vision for the future out into the open.
2. To support you in the creative journey towards turning them into reality.
My writing and methods are based on my masters-level studies in coaching and positive psychology and my successful goal-setting web business. The wisegoals.com website is ranked in the top 0.1% of all websites (in terms of user visits) and was something I researched, designed, and created all with my own two hands.
I have supported the goal-setting of such a wonderful range of people from females in prison in texas, health centre attendees in dubai, charities, universities, and youth politicians in the UK. The approach and methodologies used are both research-based and highly practical.
A large part of my life purpose comes from my experience of difficulty and a desire to use this in a positive way to help others. I have made great progress in dealing with the aftermath of child abuse and the inevitable mental health challenges, and I have faced and overcome personal issues including drugs, drink, gambling, and much much more.
I've developed a love for certain philosophers and this is something that I share throughout the book. Some of the worlds greatest writers have been a huge source of encouragement for me in difficult times and as I've progressed towards my life goals.
Here's to your solid and wise progress towards your most treasured dreams... Not with ridiculous unfounded promises that I've seen like "Achieve every single goal you set!" and "Achieve your goals ten times faster!". I mean, ten times faster than what? and I don't want to achieve every single goal I set. That's idiotic... But with solid science, tried and tested approaches, and the support of the worlds wisest thinkers.
