The story in this illustrated 36-page book is based on an experience I had to endure during my childhood. My father was an alcoholic, and our family faced numerous challenges as a result. As I grew older, I found myself following in his footsteps until I made a conscious decision to break the cycle. I wanted to prevent future generations from experiencing the same hardships that I did, and perhaps even those my father went through. This book serves as a means to forgive, understand, and offer advice to others, as alcoholism is a more prevalent issue than we realize.
