Hello, I`m Paula Miles. I`m a UK licensed Therapist. I work with women who hold everything together on the outside, but feel exhausted, anxious, or lost inside.

My work is psychoanalytic, relational, and trauma-informed.

Together, we explore the patterns that once helped you survive but now keep you stuck.
