Twenty is Plenty ~
Twenty minutes is just enough time to really create a SHIFT in your mind, body and soul. Tara will guide you through a twenty minute breathing exercise starting with grounding, intention setting and then moving through activated breathwork and breath holds. You will experience the power of your breath and become more aware of and in tune with the sensations and wisdom of your body and your intuition.
Please complete this breathwork in a lying down or seated position. Do not practice this Breathwork while driving or in a bathtub.
