Beginner Program

This program is designed for people who just started out, or are in their first year of lifting. It is also for intermediates who just wants to work out 2-3 times/week.

The Beginner Program is a set of 3 different full-body workouts designed to improve your training, your movements and technique. And of course it will make you stronger too!

3 workouts a week can be more than enough for some people to get results, and you don't have to be a beginner to benefit from this program.

This is an example on how you can spread your workouts throughout the week:

Mon: Full-body (1)

Tues: Rest

Wed: Full-body (2)

Thurs: Rest

Fri: Full-body (3)

Sat: Rest

Sun: Rest, or start over agian :-)

All of my programs are based on the latest research to help you take your physique to the next level.

However, there is no need to worry if you perform the exercises with a good tecnique and slowly build up the weights you're using :-)
