Lease License Conditions:

1) All final products created with any of these instrumentals (songs, demos...) may not be registered under any type of copyright( Such as any type of PRO like: SGAE, BMI...) , YT Content ID or any other type of service that accredits the instrumental acquired by the buyer as their own.

( This is because other people will be able to purchase a lease of any instrumental and go through the same process. In this way there will be no problems when uploading the final product to the different streaming platforms and being able to generate benefits. )

2) Once the instrumental is purchased, the buyer will be able to collect all the benefits generated by the final product ( song ) , complying with the requirements of section 1. The artist will be able to generate income on platforms such as Spotify, iTunes, Tidal... keeping 100 % of the profit as long as they do not register the final product as your own as indicated in point 1 ( Copyright ( SGAE, BMI...) ) or YT Content ID ).So, you can keep the money generated by your song when its uploaded using distributors such as Distrokid, Amuse... and all this kind of companies

3) You do not need to renew the lease every " X " streams ( as others ) you only need to pay once for the beat.

4) The credits and the incorporation of JFM (me) as producer in the launch of the final product to the platforms, are not necessary once the instrumental has been purchased but are always appreciated ( if you want, contact me at any time to provide you with all my necessary information )

Payment of the license fee granted to the licensee counts as a signature proving that the licensee assumes responsibility and agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned in this license.

Making the payment and using the instrumental implies that you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of the license and will act accordingly if you fail to comply with them, and legal action may be taken against you.

Información sobre las licencias:

1) Todos los productos finales creados con cualquiera de estas instrumentales (canciones, demos...) no pueden ser registrados bajo ningún tipo de copyright (cualquier tipo de PRO como: SGAE, BMI...), YT Content ID o cualquier otro tipo de servicio que acredite como propio la instrumental adquirida por el comprador.

(Esto se debe a que otras personas podrán comprar una lease de cualquier instrumental y pasar por el mismo proceso. De esta manera no habrá problemas al momento de subir el producto final a las diferentes plataformas de streaming y poder generar beneficios.)

2) Una vez adquirida la instrumental, el comprador podrá recoger todos los beneficios generados por su canción final , cumpliendo con los requisitos del apartado 1. Es decir, el artista podrá generar ingresos en plataformas como Spotify, iTunes, Tidal. .. manteniendo el 100 % del beneficio siempre que no registre el producto final como propio tal y como ya se indicó en el punto 1 (Copyright (SGAE, BMI...) o YT Content ID) Por lo tanto, se podrán generar beneficios al distribuir la canción mediante Distrokid, Amuse... y todo este tipo de compañías.

3) No necesita renovar la Lease de la instrumental cada "X" reproducciones en cualquier plataforma (como otros), sino que solo se necesita pagar una vez por la instrumental.

4) Los créditos y la incorporación de JFM (yo) como productor en el lanzamiento del producto final a las plataformas no son necesarios una vez comprada la instrumental pero siempre se agradecen (si quieres contáctame en cualquier momento para facilitarte toda mi información necesaria)

El pago de la tarifa que supone la licencia otorgada al licenciatario cuenta como firma comprobante de que asume la responsabilidad y está de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones mencionados en esta licencia.
