During my first vegan years, I have developed a big passion for cooking. Creating beautiful and nourishing meals is really something I enjoy doing. That is why I created my first cookbook: Ted's Vegan Cookbook. It has got 50 recipes varying from breakfast and lunch ideas to meals that only take 15 minutes and nourishing dinner recipes.
My message and goal are to introduce these wonderful, easy and tasty recipes in your life, so you can not only enjoy the process of cooking but also start to take more care of your body, the planet and begin to treat animals as equals. We only have one earth, one home, that we share with so many others. Right now, you can make the decision to live in a harmonious way with them, to live in peace and spread the message of love and compassion.
