This was a very informative and well layed-out booklet sharing valuable perspectives on our limiting beliefs and thoughts, that keep us from gaining ground in just about every area of our lives.
There are a lot of 'life coaches' out there that offer nuggets here and there, but what's different about this intro booklet and the author is she's brilliant at giving the reader a literary and visual example, or analogy, along with easy to remember exercises that help you keep going on the trek you started, all for a donation of whatever you think is appropriate?!
