Yoga Nidra practice to help you drift off to sleep easily & effortlessly. This practice will also help relieve anxiety and pressute surrounding falling asleep by promiting rest and relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice which alters the brainwaives in a similar way to sleep, with the difference being that the practitioner is consciously aware. Yoga nidra is an adaptogenic practice, meaning that the state of Yoga Nidra will have different benefits depending on what the practitioner needs most at the moment of practice.
