Pattern uses universal terminology, all abbreviations are clearly explained in “Terminology and Abbreviations” section.

In US terms this pattern uses dc, sc, and ch to create the motif.

Yarn for the motif (calculated using DK yarn excl. border) approx.:

Colour A: 2324 m / 2541 yd, Colour B: 2254 m / 2465 yd

Crochet hook 3 mm, Tapestry needle, pair of scissors, stitch markers (optional)

ca. 10×10 cm (ca. 4×4 inches) = 18 stitches x 17 rows

Finished blanket (198 sts × 299 rows): 110.0 × 176 cm (ca. 43 × 69 in)
