Defining your core values is the guiding star that can keep you centered and true to yourself. Without understanding our own unique set of values it is difficult at best to remain on the path to our dreams. The world spins so fast and quickly can get out of control but when you understand and own what you stand for and what is important to you then you are more able to quiet the noise and follow your True North. 

Uncovering our values is a moving target. Just as we change and grow so do our values. Visit this workbook often to update the person you have stepped into.
