IT'S CALLED FOUNDATION FOR A REASON, IN THIS PROGRAM WE LAY THE FOUNDATION FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO GO FROM NOT TRAINING AT ALL, TO JUMPING INTO ANY GROUP CLASS IN JUST 4 WEEKS.
THIS IS A 4 WEEK, 28 DAY PROGRAM WHICH CONSISTS OF 5 TRAINING DAYS A WEEK IN WHICH WE WILL BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE, SKILL, STRENGTH AND FITNESS. EACH TRAINING DAY WILL TAKE YOU ROUGHLY 50 MINUTES TO COMPLETE AND CONSIST OF A STRENGTH, SOME TECHNIQUE WORK AND A HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT. ALL THE MOVEMENTS NEEDED ARE EXPLAINED IN DEPTH ALONG WITH DEMO PHOTO'S.
