To make the 48" x 16" scrappy table runner, you will need:
Fabric & Batting Requirements
Scraps (at least 3” x 3”) in the following colors: red, orange, yellow, green, and brown 1 Yard Background fabric
1/3 Yard Binding Fabric
1 1/4 Yard Backing Fabric, cut and pieced to fit
54” x 22” piece of Batting
