A 4-week experience of affirming supervision and peer support for Graduate students, Interns and Licensed mental heath providers in Texas.
Format of Group Experience
4 weeks of video supervision support from Dr. T
Group meetings:
Thursdays
April 13, 20, 27 & May 4
12:00 - 1:00 pm Central
Possible topics:
- Cultural identity
- Identifying strengths
- Dealing with stressful situations
- Seeking support
- Processing negative feedback
Sample Agenda
The final agenda will be based on group feedback. But here is what a group session may entail:
Check-in ----- 12:00 - 12:10 pm
Content review ----- 12:10 - 12:30 pm
Case consultations ----- 12:30 - 12:45 pm (* case consults should be limited to topics that you are unable to bring to your primary supervisor)
Wrap-up/Support requests ----- 12:45 - 12:50 pm
