150+ Soup Maker Recipes

I have both of the Liana's Kitchen books which I consider to be essential reading if you have a soup maker. My first MR soup maker stopped working recently after many years of regular use so I invested in a Total Control model and in Liana's latest guide. It's so easy to make excellent soup using these although with hindsite I prefer the original MR soup maker when it comes to using the the Saute function, as you can stir continually without having to lift the heavy lid off. However, it's not a deal breaker and I'm delighted with both the soup maker and both of Liana's superb guides.

I have made a couple of soups using your recipes for guidance and tweaking them a little to make them mine. I wiil be using more of your recipes though, thanks for all your ideas

Great ideas for soup. Well worth the money.

This is a great collection Of soups by areal expert who is worth following. I am really new to soup making but already I have made some absolutely stunning dishes that take me right back to my Fifeshire childhood in the 40s when All soup was homemade and very simple but nourishing and warming! I find I can now make restaurant-quality soups thanks to this great collection. The PDF version is particularly useful also - being able to bombard the very patient author Liana with idiot questions is great.
I have the 1.6L Morphy Richards but the recipes are carefully written so as to be machine independant - another plus..
I now want to balance the vegetable soups with those containing meats so , if the 150 recipe book is available on PDF I will be getting that one too!
