Process Map Template File

No matter what process mapping suite you use, there are 2 basic requirements for your process map:

1. Is it clean?
2. Does it fit on 1 page?

Any Senior stakeholder will hate when a process map is not presented on 1 page and their attention is only grabbed within the first 2 minutes of the meeting. Once you lost them, you cannot get them back.
