Profit Intelligence turns two CSV files, your sales export and a simple product-cost sheet, into an estimated-profit report you can understand and check. No account, no integrations, no subscription, and your data never leaves your computer.

What it does

• Imports your orders CSV and a separate product-cost CSV
• Column-mapping screen, so it adapts to different export layouts (US and UK date formats supported)
• Calculates gross and net sales, discounts, refunds, shipping income, product cost, seller-paid shipping, fees, advertising and estimated profit
• Product-level table with margin %, sorted worst first, and a date filter
• Click any product to trace its result back to the exact CSV rows
• Reconciliation view: imported totals vs. calculated totals
• Download a product report and line-level detail as CSV

What makes it different: nothing is hidden

• Every metric has a visible formula
• Missing costs, blank fees and unmatched SKUs are flagged, not silently set to zero
• Duplicate rows and other-currency rows are excluded and reported
• Fee rules are optional, user-set assumptions, always labelled as assumptions
• Money is calculated in whole cents; calculation logic ships with automated tests you can run yourself
