Any commercially licensed item can only be resold if featured on a completed character with credit to the store you purchased from (Booth, Gumroad, Payhip). Items can not be sold on their own even if edited.

Any items purchased from these stores can not be leaked or shared with others, please redirect any person looking for one of these items back to the store. You must inform your customers that my assets cannot be resold/reused unless bought from me.

Editing is permitted but I still have ownership and rights on the items, you still need to credit me. Most items are required to be kept on private avatars unless specified otherwise. You can use this asset on free and public models.
