This is a fun intensive listening activity. Download the video and pdf lyric card set. Preview the video (specially edited to take out bad language parts).
Play the music video and pause after each lyric segment. Ask students if they can guess the mistake, what’s wrong.
Discuss but don’t tell if they are right or not.
Next, play again but this time give out the lyric cards (with the right lyrics) and have them put them in order (cut them up first).
Then take up the right answer and students will miraculously hear the right lyrics!
