1. Purchases

All purchases are final. Digital goods are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be refunded.

2. Usage Rules

- You may not resell, share, or redistribute our products without permission.

- If you decide to leak, share, or redistribute any product, you may lose access to all of your purchased products and may be required to pay an additional fee.

- You must be the owner of the game or Roblox group in order to use our products.

- Leaving the Shadowspire Studios Roblox group may cause your game or products to stop working properly.

3. Discord & Whitelisting

- All customers must join the Shadowspire Discord server and open a support ticket to be whitelisted.

- If you purchase a Discord bot, you must invite the bot to your server before it will function.

- Pricing for bots is per server, unless you purchase group logs. Group logs require Developer+ rank.

- Some Roblox scripts are whitelisted (WL). These require the owner of the game or Roblox group to remain in the Shadowspire Studios Roblox group. Failure to do so may cause the game to stop working. Some of the code or most may be obfuscated.

4. Rights

- Shadowspire Studios reserves the right to remove your access to products at any time, for any reason.

- By using our products, you acknowledge that misuse or violation of these rules may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Please check back occasionally for updates.

By purchasing any product from Shadowspire Studios, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
