Designed primarily for families with school-age children, approximately ages 6–14. Three support levels let parents and carers choose how much help fits each child and task. The levels are not age grades.

The system includes family planning boards, three child support levels, morning, after-school and evening routines, a weekly planner, responsibility cards, a Before Recreation check and three build-your-own pages. Print only the pages you need.

This is a flexible planning tool, not a universal routine or a promise of particular behaviour outcomes. Younger children, older teenagers and children with different support needs may require adaptation. Parents and carers decide which tasks, recreation and supervision are suitable. Supervise any hazardous tasks appropriately.
