MTA Daily rewards system

A clean and simple Daily Rewards System made specifically for the Owl Gaming gamemode.

Players can claim rewards each day and track their current progress through the weekly reward cycle. The system is fully connected to the Owl gamemode's MySQL resource, meaning the player's daily progress and reward time are saved directly in the database and remain persistent after reconnecting or restarting the server.
