🔤 Fun Activities to Help You Tell B and D Apart!

Do you sometimes mix up the letters B and D when you read?

That’s OK — lots of kids do!

These fun activities will help you practice and get better and better at telling them apart.

Here’s what you get inside:

✏️ 1. Highlight the Letter

Use a highlighter to find all the B’s or all the D’s on the page.

✂️ 2. B & D Sort

Cut out the letters and glue them in the right spot — B on one side and D on the other.

You can also sort words that start with B or D!

🔍 3. Circle the Letter

Look at the letter at the start of the row.

Then circle every place you see that same letter!

🎨 4. Follow the B or D

Color the first letter.

Then keep coloring each matching letter to follow the path to the end.

🎡 5. Spin for B or D

Use a spinner (or a pencil and paperclip!) and see if you land on B or D.

Write the letter on the chart each time you spin.

📚 6. Fill-In-the-Blank Sentences

Read the sentence and choose the word that makes sense — does it start with a B or a D?
