To ensure quality service and fair usage, the following applies:

• Includes up to 2–3 hours of work per month
• Requests must be minor updates only (no full redesigns)
• Turnaround time for updates: 24–72 hours
• Unused time does not roll over

• Full website redesigns
• Building new websites or major page overhauls
• Advanced coding or custom development
• Content creation (unless added separately)
