Apart from many years, which Iran uses donating embryo to help infertility couples, some have no idea about the law, situation and how it presumed.
Donating embryo is a way of treating infertility, which according to it, the sperm of man and the egg of woman will self in laboratory, and after 4 days, the embryo will transfer to the womb of the intended woman.
Gestational surrogacy as a way of treating infertility is when, couples have sick and unhealthy embryo, but a woman can successfully, pass the procedure of pregnancy.
The first gestational surrogacy was in California. The U.S in 1983 and this method enters Iran ant Afshaar hospital of Yazd in 1369.
For treating and curing infertility, there are multiple ways in which gestational surrogacy is one of them, though it is more different and stranger, but can obtain having children for infertile couples.
According to an official report of the firstborn child from gestational surrogacy in 1387, the perception of people about the new methods of treating infertility was increased. Using this technique brings hope for a group of couples, which hitherto, believe they never have children.
