Already Taken

"You've got some nerve, scaring me like that! Why are you here, anyway?"  Kay was suddenly stretched on Gibbs's bed, his head at the foot of it, and his feet among the pillows. Her stuffed fantasy panda was resting on his chest. "I 've been watching you, my dear -you've been working entirely too hard lately." The fantasy panda did an odd little dance in mid -air. Gibbs grabbed for it and it spun away, out of her reach. "Why so intense all of a sudden? You know, you work entirely too hard for one so young. Now, when I was young -"

 Gibbs snickered. "When you were young, Kay?" She snatched for the fantasy bear, caught it, but only because Kay allowed her to. "When were you ever young? For all I know, you could be thousands of years old!" Kay was behind her, one arm snaking around the front of her body to wrap around her waist. "You know; I am thousands of years old!" His voice was tantalizingly near, and he smelled of something warm and spicy. "I know things that no human will ever know -I've seen things that no human will ever see -I could take you places that would literally blow your mind!"
