The Starting Guide to a Great Physique
This is the one and ONLY book ever made on specifically addressing how teenagers should structure their own nutrition and resistance training plans to get maximal results in and outside the gym.
As a teenager I found it extremely difficult to find the right information in regards to how a teen should eat and train as there seems to be a lack of information in relation to teen bodybuilding. I could only have wished for a book like this to be out when I began weight training at the age of 13. If I knew all the things that are laid out in this book I could've easily had an additional 5-10kg of muscle mass on my frame. But instead I was drawn into all of the bullshit fad diets and training routines that were made for either advanced bodybuilders who were on roids or older adults with slower metabolisms than the typical teenager. In order to maximise muscle growth and fat loss a teen must be given clear instructions on how to create their own nutrition plan that is SPECIFIC to tere goals and bodily needs and that is what this book teaches.
Furthermore, as teenagers we have amazing recovery capabilities which makes our training in the gym significantly different to how most adult training programs are structured. By following an adult program a teenager may be missing out on the opportunity to make more gains or lose more fat when compared to a training and nutrition program that is structured towards the adolescene.
