4-Week Home Guide: Full Body Workout

This 4-week full body workout is designed to get you to move while at home during covid. There is no set weight, given that everyone has access to different equipment and space. The movements can be done with bands, dumbbells or other weight (if you have access to a gym, etc...). They can also be modified if a movement is too challenging or too easy for some. The workouts are strategically designed to be done in a state of "volume". This means that there are higher reps and sets. This is strategically done to give you a good workout even with lighter weight. Enjoy!
