A schedule that tells you which days to exercise what body part and how much cardio to do each day as well as stretching sessions!
Supplement guide! Telling you all about supplements, what you should take, when you should take them and the benefits that come along with them!
A Macro guide that teaches you how to track macros, how to calculate yours and what you should eat to hit those macros!
Accountability! I will be checking in with you consistently to make sure you’re still on top of things and pushing through!
Progress tracking! I will be tracking your progress via pictures, weight, energy levels, sleep levels, strength levels and more so we can help you reach your full potential through this next month!
