Passive income is one of the most popular topics I am asked to talk about and by the end of September I am going to help you build your first/next product. Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be something that costs thousands or requires difficult technology.
I am all about ease and flow; something that it is useful, full of value and something that is low maintenance in terms of selling.
If you have followed me for a while, you will probably know the story of my first labour in 2015… I sold two books which paid for my taxi to and from the hospital. Clearly I wasn’t in a responsive state to be on my customer service game…it didn’t matter, the systems were in place.
During my second labour in 2019, I sold two courses during the 36 hours I was in hospital. Again, everything was taken care of. The course materials were delivered and the customers could get started.
Up until 5 years ago, I worked in a very traditional way; simply charging per hour for me to deliver a service, in person. I got paid for those hours.
I knew I wanted to start a family (I now have a son and a daughter) and still remain creative and I knew the way I was working wasn’t going to give me the flexibility or lifestyle I knew I wanted to create. However, I didn’t know if it was possible for me. I had hear the cliches.
I hate the terms ‘hustle’ ‘smash it’ or ‘kill it’… that is not my vibe at all.
Since 2014 I have created consistent passive income through my book, audios and online course sales.
This has not only increased my client base but also my bank balance.
You can begin building now. I know ‘passive income’ is on so many people’s to do list but it doesn’t get done.
