What, then, is sorrow? Loss?



Can one bear both simultaneously, and does one give rise to the other? Is it possible to possess, in the nominative case and indefinite form, a singular sorrow? Can one, in the plural, experience multiple sorrows? How much, then, can one endure? What does sorrow signify for you? What does it represent for me?

This work serves as a dedication to the author's mother; it also exists in contrast, as a continuation. Lithner, employing his uniquely infused symbolic language and sharp intellect, challenges concepts and emotions. There is no conclusion; through this creation, he immortalizes, in his own understanding, the memories in a lyrical form that he chooses to share with the reader, concerning his mother. This translated 2nd edition also includes continuations of poems from previous works by the same author.
