This summer Sarah has a lot of foot problems again - as usual. She was playing football with some guys and it ended up for her with a totally messed up right foot - so she needs crutches to get around. We meet her in a nice garden with her crutches and her nicely red socked foot held high in the air. This is a crutchers clip !!
