Why I Created This

There was a time in my life when I started realizing how much the energy around me affected how I felt, how I thought, and even how I showed up in the world.

Sometimes you walk into a room and everything just feels heavy. Your mind feels cluttered, your motivation drops, and you can’t quite explain why.

I started becoming more intentional about protecting my energy and creating spaces that felt peaceful, clear, and aligned with the woman I was becoming.

That’s where this ritual started for me.

I wanted something simple I could use to reset my space… something that reminded me that I always have the power to shift the energy around me.

So I created the Rich Goddess Room Spray.



Now it’s something I use when I’m journaling, when I’m working on my goals, when I’m resetting after a long day, or when I just want my space to feel good again.

It’s a small moment, but it reminds me to pause, breathe, and realign.

And over time it turned into something even more powerful, a ritual.
