Currently I am working with many of the beautiful flower, gem and crystal essence kits from Crystal Herb Essences, I also blend Australian Bush Flower Essences and Bach Flower Essences.

How to use the essences
A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops under the tongue between 2 - 4 x a day, continue until the bottle is finished. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink.
Storage advice
It is best to store vibrational medicine in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.
