She Lived Her Life On Her ThinkPad

she lived her life on her thinkpad

the Web was her best friend

loved dearly by her mom and dad

though slighted to no end

she helped out in the garden some

she also helped with chores

but rarely did she wander from

the safety of closed doors

an ambulance came by one day

i saw her mother cry

i miss her since she's gone away

my neighbors don't see why

Empty Home

i was waiting for

my dad to come home

until i remembered

he's dead
