From Here Forward is an 8-week coaching experience created to gently guide you out of survival mode and into a new season of clarity, healing, and self-trust. Through personalized support, reflective exercises, and grounded conversation, we’ll walk together toward what’s next—with intention.

Each session is a safe, supportive space where you can be real—no masks, no judgment. We’ll meet weekly (via phone or Zoom), and each conversation is tailored to your current needs, but here’s a general flow of what you can expect:

Q: What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
A: Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions or unpacking deep trauma from the past. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. While we may reflect on your past, the goal of coaching is to help you take action, gain clarity, and move forward with purpose. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, but it can be a powerful complement if you're in a place to focus on growth and healing.
Q: Do I need to be a Christian to benefit from this program?
A: Not at all. This is a faith-optional space. While I do offer spiritual insights and reflections from a Christian perspective when requested, this program is centered on healing, clarity, and rediscovery—regardless of your personal beliefs. You guide how much or how little faith-based content is included in your journey.
Q: I’ve been through a lot. Will this really help me?
A: You don’t need to be “over it” to start healing. From Here Forward is designed for women who’ve been through grief, burnout, life changes, or simply feel lost and unsure of who they are now. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but when you give yourself space to be seen and supported, change begins.
Q: What if I don’t know what I need right now?
A: That’s okay. Many women come into this program not knowing what they need—only that they can’t keep going the way they have been. Coaching helps uncover what’s beneath the surface and brings forward what’s most important for you right now.
Q: Is this a group program or 1:1 coaching?
A: From Here Forward is a private, one-on-one coaching program. Everything we talk about stays between us, and each session is tailored specifically to your journey.
Q: What if I miss a session?
A: Life happens. One missed session can be rescheduled during the 8-week period. We’ll work together to find a time that works best for you. I am very flexible and will work to meet you when you are available. Just Ask.
