CONSTRUCTIONYou will start the sweater with a top-down triangle that will form the center of the upper back. Once the triangle is worked, stitches are cast on for the front neck, after which the yoke is worked in the round until the underarm. After finishing the yoke, the ‘gaps’ at the side of the body are closed working short rows, after which the lower body will be worked in the round down to the lower edge.
The underside of the sleeves are filled similar to the sides of the body, using short rows. Stitches for the neckline ribbing are picked up and worked in the round while using decreases to shape the ribbing.
