Prayer is communication with God, its essentially the time we spend consciously in the presence of God, desiring to know and love Him more. Prayer is a duet between you and God. It is a petition, or adoration, or contrition, or thanksgiving. Prayer is also the opening of one's heart and soul in a conversation with God. Pray continually (See 1Thessalonaians 5:17)
From the beginning of time the devil has tried and is still fighting the body of Christ to drift them away from Gods presence through his lies and deceptive ways. That's why as children of God we need to be alert to the ways of God and abide daily with him and he will hide us under the shadow of his wings and protect us from the hidden tactics of the enemy.
As a body of Christ we are living in a season and a time when the church and the nations are being attacked on every side. That's why Psalms 91 is very vital in a life of every believer. Come hell or high water we as believers are to dwell in the secret place of the most high and be still under the shadow of the almighty for he is our refuge and strength.
As you read this book my prayer is that, this book will help you discover your value in God and how God longs for an intimate relationship with you, and that you will identify with the real you that God sees and that you will discover the sweetness of being and residing in his presence and feel Gods Intimate love for you. And I pray that this book will draw you close to God and you will have a longing and the zeal to daily abide in his presence.
