You will get a .pmp file and overlays for your custom skin. The tattoo is for Bibo+ and works for female Midlander, Miqo, Viera, Highlander, Scaleless Au Ra and Elezen.

This is a blackneck tattoo, which means you need a blackneck for your face. You can find the one I used in prev here or on our Discord.
