You cannot think your way out of something that did not form through thinking. The pattern lives in the nervous system, in the right brain, in the body's automated predictions about what love is supposed to feel like. Understanding it from the neck up is a starting point — not a solution.

What this session is

The Pattern Clarity Session is a single 60-minute virtual session with Dr. Maartje Hidalgo — clinical neuropsychologist, schema therapist, and founder of the EMPRYNT™ methodology. It is not a coaching call. It is not a discovery session. It is a focused clinical assessment of your specific pattern — where it came from, what is driving it beneath the surface, and what the rewiring work would actually involve for you as an individual.

You will leave with a clear identification of your pattern(s) and its neuropsychological roots. An understanding of the biographical experiences that built it and why it has been so resistant to change. Specific insight into how it is currently operating in your relationships. A concrete sense of where your work begins — and what it would take to do it properly.

You have done enough self-work to know that what you have tried so far has not produced lasting change. You understand your patterns intellectually — and they are still running you. You keep repeating the same relational dynamic with different people and you want to understand, at a level that actually shifts something, why. How it works

When you purchase the session, you will receive the Session Preparation Guide — a clinical preparation document that walks you through everything you need to do before we meet. Before your session you will complete two focused clinical forms: a Discovery Form that gives me an overview of your history and current situation, and a Pattern Questionnaire that is a clinical assessment of your specific relational dynamics. I review both before we meet. This is what makes the 60 minutes substantive rather than introductory. You then book your session time using the scheduling link in the preparation guide. We meet virtually for 60 minutes. I come prepared. You come prepared. We go deep immediately.
