The work was first written in 2009 by Art of Raw Food founder Tone Anthony and her daughter Guri Bigham on Maui, Hawaii. Guri later completed the publication alongside artist Marissa Macias after Tone’s passing in 2011. The inspirational result is illustrated with photos for every recipe, stories of travel, honor for the community and insight for healthy living within the design of an art book. This high quality fixed layout e-book is the exact of the print version and is a portable tool to go hand-in-hand with the hardcopy book.
