What is the Eviction Clarity Session™?
The Eviction Clarity Session™ is a private one-on-one coaching session designed to help tenants better understand their eviction situation, organize their documents, identify important deadlines, and develop a practical action plan moving forward.
Who is this service for?
This service is intended for tenants who are facing an eviction, have received a notice from their landlord, have been served with court papers, or simply want to better understand the eviction process before making decisions.
How long is the session?
The session lasts approximately 90 minutes and is conducted virtually via Zoom.
What should I bring to the session?
You should gather any documents related to your situation, including your lease agreement, notices from your landlord, court documents, payment records, communications with your landlord, photographs, and any other evidence that may be relevant.
What will we do during the session?
During the session, we will review your situation, discuss the timeline of events, organize your documents, identify important issues, review court deadlines, and create a personalized action plan to help you move forward with greater confidence and preparation.
What do I receive after the session?
Clients receive a written Eviction Strategy Summary and an After-Call Action Plan that outlines key discussion points, recommended next steps, document organization suggestions, and important deadlines discussed during the coaching session.
Is this legal advice?
No. D. Edwin Easter is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or court representation. This service is limited to legal education, procedural information, self-help support, and document organization assistance.
Can you represent me in court?
No. This service does not include court representation, attorney services, legal filings on your behalf, or direct communication with the court or your landlord.
Can you tell me whether I will win my case?
No. Every eviction case is different. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, court decisions, settlements, or the success of any legal strategy.
Can you help me organize my response and evidence?
Yes. The session includes assistance with organizing documents, exhibits, timelines, and information so that you can better understand and present your situation.
What if I have already been served with court papers?
You should schedule your session as soon as possible. Early preparation often provides more time to review documents, understand deadlines, and organize information.
What if my court date is very soon?
You should schedule immediately. While no outcome can be guaranteed, the session is designed to help you quickly organize your information and understand the procedural steps that may apply to your situation.
Is this service only for Florida tenants?
While many discussions may reference Florida procedures, the educational and organizational principles discussed during the session may be beneficial to tenants in other jurisdictions as well.
Are refunds available?
Because substantial time is reserved exclusively for each client and preparation begins upon booking, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
