This Building asset is an SCPF Inspired Security Department spawn commune, It features 2 floors with a wide space which allows for multiple rooms such as 

- Commune room

- 3 Offices

- An armoury

- Firing range

- Interrogation Room

- Briefing room 

 -  Briefing pads inside,

- Holding cells

Not to mention the grand waterfall within the commune, giving the player a nice relaxing place to AFK or just to spawn and start their SSU.

It is recommended to create an invisible wall around the fence of the waterfall to avoid breaking players and ruining their experiences.
