HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

1. Download and print the PDF on white cardstock.
2. Print at 100% or Actual Size—do not select Fit to Page.
3. Cut around the outside edge of each topper.
4. Fold the topper in half along the center line.
5. Place it over the top of a filled and sealed treat bag.
6. Secure it using double-sided tape, adhesive or staples.
