Shipped Hard Copy - Cook Book for TPC Recipes (US Only)

I know this is a bit pricey to ship but the post office weighed the book and it's right at $10 to ship first class mail in the US and can vary. The printing and plastic binder is about $10 and then my fee for my time, assembling and gas is $10.00. To me the best option is the download and print yourself or at an office supply store. I can not ship outside the US at this time due to the price being 3 to 4 times the cost to ship.
Please allow 14 days or so for the arrival.
