Although the rides are based in BC, this book is of value if you dream of visiting BC to ride bikes, if you want to try new ride food recipes or if you are after some gravel riding inspiration.

The recipes are all gluten free by default (Noa has celian disease) and are either vegan or can be easily modified (suggestions included).
