An Introduction to Basic Nutrition

This 56 page guide has been written to break down the fundamental principles of nutrition and explain them in a way that you will understand.

Whatever your goal, be it sports performance, fat loss, muscle gain, health improvement, weight maintenance (to name a few), calories are high priority.

This guide will show you what calories look like, and will give you a basic understanding to make better choices to suit your lifestyle.

It is not a traditional diet guide. We do not assume that everyone reading this wants to lose fat/weight.

We will explain how to track your food intake and how this could benefit you, even for a short amount of time.

I have also included some helpful meal and recipe ideas. Some are a lot simpler than others, but they have been designed to show you how simple nutrition can be with the right knowledge.
