Deleted Scene: Upscale Celebration (ebook)

Narrated from Jhalak’s perspective, this is more accurately described as the unabridged Chapter 23 from an early draft of CORE Deception. It provides a window into my early exploration of Jhalak Vasa's world and her outlook on life as she navigates the societal pressures of the celebration at her mother's mansion, including a dangerous confrontation with her superior at the National Police and the pressure of an arrogant suitor who assumes she'll fall in line with society's plans for her future.

I did a quick cleanup of the pages, but keep in mind they haven’t experienced the same level of polish as a published novel.
