Get Fit with Steph follows eight weeks of different, diverse and dangerously addicitng workouts that I do on a daily basis to live my strongest, most energised life.

With 40 individual and unique workouts, you will constantly be pushed and challenged to keep your body guessing and progressing!

You will find a range of workouts from:

I also talk about my own experience with exercise, a little intro into how to go about completing this guide and the workouts as well as some fun pictures providing easy-to-follow visual aids for the exercises.
